Retail Connections Contest Rules

Contest Rules for “RETAIL CONNECTIONS Survey”

 
1. No purchase necessary.

2. Contest begins August 17, 2011 and ends September 19, 2011. All entries must be received by Shelfspace, The Association for Retail Entrepreneurs (Shelfspace) by 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time on September 18, 2011.

3. Completed online survey forms will be accepted as contest entries if an email address is entered where requested. You may participate in the draw for 1 of 3 Passion for Retail full-day passes without submitting the online survey. Send a 3”x 5” card with your name, company, shipping address, phone number, and email address; in a postage paid envelope to: Shelfspace, “RETAIL CONNECTIONS Survey”, 208-1730 West 2nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6J 1H6. One entry per envelope. One entry per person. Entry must be received by Shelfspace, The Association for Retail Entrepreneurs by 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time on September 18, 2011. Entry into the contest indicates acceptance of the Contest Rules.

4. All entrants and contest winners must be at least 18 years of age.

5. Each prize consists of one (1) free full-day pass, approximate retail value $250.

6. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize is non-transferable. There is no prize or cash substitution.

7. Employees of Shelfspace or members of the board and their immediate families or other promotional partners and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies are not eligible to participate in this contest.

8. This contest is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, provincial and local laws.

9. Winners will be contacted via email. Winners will be required to sign and deliver to Shelfspace a “Winner's Agreement" within 14 days of receiving notification and the form. If signed Winner's Agreement is not received within prescribed period, Shelfspace will assume winner has relinquished prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

10. Winners agree that Shelfspace and their employees, immediate families, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in prize and/or contests.

11. Noncompliance with these rules will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Shelfspace is not responsible for lost, illegible, stolen, postage due or late entries.

12. Winner will be selected by a random drawing at the end of the contest. All online, faxed and mailed surveys completed within the deadline will be eligible for the draw. To receive a winners’ list send a self-addressed stamped envelope by September 18, 2011 to: Shelfspace, “RETAIL CONNECTIONS Survey”, 208-1730 West 2nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6J 1H6

13. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

14. All decisions of judges are final.

15. This contest may be terminated at any time without prior notice.
