J.Jeff Kober, author of “The Wonderful World Customer Service at Disney” and “Lead With Your Customer” and former Disney customer service leader, will be the keynote presenter at the Passion for Retail Conference tomorrow, May 4^th.

Kober will bring the magic and life lessons of the world’s most beloved entrepreneur, Walt Disney, to life. From the pages of his book "The Wonderful World of Customer Service at Disney", Kober will provide insight into the triumphs and disappointments of Disney as a extraordinary dreamer, builder and studious entrepreneur. Kober’s keynote will also delve into practical and inspirational ideas for taking any retail business to the next level.

Kober's past experience includes leadership development training for The Disney Institute, General Electric, Office Depot, and more.
