The Shelfspace story began nearly a century ago (as Retail Merchants Association of BC and Retail Merchants Association of Alberta also known as Retail BC and Retail Alberta) meeting the needs of a select group of professional retailers. Over the years, the association has become stronger and expanded to serve those with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for retail.
Simply put, Shelfspace is the organization for retailers committed to excellence. Our values – that of entrepreneurialism, self expression, relevancy, excellence and professionalism are also the veins that run through the retail industry. As an association made up of retailers, these values are the lifeblood of Shelfspace and as a result, what you see is how we we are living them values out in creative and exciting ways.
